At your 120-minute initial intake consultation we will review your Intake Questionnaire and Symptomatology Assessment to determine your health status. We will use this comprehensive intake information to develop your personalized health protocols (plans).
Blood Lab Testing
Blood Lab Testing
We will review together your most recent blood lab tests to analyze the results or else I will recommend which tests to get. This information will help us to understand any underlying issues contributing to your symptoms. (Optional at clients expense)

Gut health testing may be suggested to better personalize your nutrition plan to improve digestive health, metabolism, immunity, and mental wellness. (Optional testing for an additional fee at clients expense.)

Hormone testing may be suggested using a DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) in order to get a complete evaluation of sex and adrenal hormones, including metabolites. (Optional testing for an additional fee at clients expense.)

As a certified movement teacher I will also recommend personalized yoga, barre and pilates (mind-body exercises), as well as strength and balancing exercises. All tailored to your level of movement and health goals in menopause.
