While we strive for the highest quality and presentation, due to the small batch creation of our products, they may vary in colour, scent and texture. The all-natural ingredients may change consistency due to weather variations and travel. If your natural products ever start to liquefy due to heat, simply stir or shake the contents and put it in the refrigerator to solidify. They will be just as effective!
At times, the all natural ingredients may cause minor skin reactions in some people. If this occurs, discontinue use right away. You may contact us with any concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to help find a solution for your skin concerns!

SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY TIMES
Clean Kiss ships across Canada for a $12.00 flat rate or FREE if you meet our minimum of $60.00. We are happy to ship to the US too for FREE over $75. All orders placed online are shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. If an item is unavailable or on back order at the time you place your order, you will be notified about the wait time.
Shipping times vary depending on your location within Canada and the United States, so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in Canada, and 7-14 business days for delivery in the US.
Take Note: Natural Products DO NOT like Heat!
Our products may spoil if exposed to extreme heat since they contain only all natural preservatives and ingredients, therefore please ensure that you are able to receive your delivery in the approximate delivery time. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped. It is up to you to ensure that you receive the parcel or make arrangements for a neighbour to pick it up. We regret that we are unable to replace product that is damaged due to heat exposure.
If your products do melt, simple stir them up and put in the fridge for 24 hours to reset. Their efficacy will not be affected.
