Gut health testing may be used to better understand the root causes of your bloating, IBS symptoms or overall gut discomfort. Hormone (DUTCH) Testing

Hormone testing may be appropriate to determine factors such as hormone levels (Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, Cortisol) using the DUTCH test (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) in order to get a complete evaluation of your hormones and how to support you in your menopausal journey. Movement, Breathwork & Meditation
Movement, Breathwork & Meditation
As a certified yoga teacher, I will also recommend certain yoga, barre and pilates (mind-body exercises), as well as strength, stretching and balancing exercises. I will guide you through using breathwork to calm your nervous system and meditation to settle your monkey mind.
