We don’t believe in restrictive diets because they are mostly meant for quick weight loss and not sustainable for long-term. However, this is different because it is for a short period of time in order to help heal digestive issues that have been causing other issues in the body such as inflammation, energy loss, poor skin health, bloating, sleep disruption. While we do suggest you limit foods such as sugar, alcohol and packaged foods during this 21 days in order to heal your gut, we don’t want you to take them out of your life forever and can help support you to be able to enjoy everything you love in balance.
