Join Jodie Pappas Holistic Nutritionist, Movement teacher and Certified Organic Skincare Formulator, as she teaches you how to create gut-friendly, balanced (and simple) meals that won't leave you bloated, hungry, or on a sugar buzz!

Jodie specializes in helping women in their menopausal years who are struggling with common yet troubling issues, such as skin health, poor sleep and unbalanced stress. These issues are often rooted in hormonal and gut health imbalances. Jodie helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms and then works with you individually to solve it, without a restrictive diet!
Whether you are in perimenopause or have already transitioned to post-menopause, you want the 1/3 of your life that you will spend in this time to be enjoyable and empowered!
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn:
- How to balance your plate with macros (protein, fat, carbs) in menopause while making meals & snacks you'll love
- How to ensure your blood sugar is balanced and why it's important
- How to get protein into every meal and why protein is your bestie in menopause
- Some new protein-filled and gut-friendly meal ideas to try out!
What to expect/what you'll get:
We will do a centering breathwork practice, a mini yoga movement class, and have a workshop on gut health in midlife. You will receive a sample gut-friendly meal plan and some recipes to try, plus you'll receive a special gift from Clean Kiss Lifestyle.
