Join Jodie Pappas Holistic Nutritionist, Movement teacher and Certified Organic Skincare Formulator, as she teaches you how to empower your menopause transition.
Jodie specializes in helping women in their menopausal years who are struggling with common yet troubling issues, such as skin health, poor sleep and unbalanced stress. These issues are often rooted in hormonal and gut health imbalances. Jodie helps you get to the root cause of your symptoms and then works with you individually to solve it, without a restrictive diet!
Whether you are in perimenopause or have already transitioned to post-menopause, you want the 1/3 of your life that you will spend in this time to be enjoyable and empowered!
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn:
- How to nourish your body in menopause that will give your body what it needs to feel strong, energized and balanced;
- How to move your body in a way that feels enjoyable and strong;
- How to ditch toxins and detoxify your body of xenoestrogens that wreak havoc on menopausal hormones
What to expect/what you'll get:
We will do a centering breathwork practice, a yoga/pilates class, have a workshop on nutrition, movement, and detoxification. You will receive a sample meal plan and a sample movement plan for menopause, and receive a special gift from Clean Kiss Lifestyle.
You will also get to try out a 10-minute Red Light Therapy treatment to help you detox and reduce inflammation (optional at no extra cost!).
